  • Charges, excluding electricity (ecological approach for a rational use of air conditioning)
  • Access to the various community facilities of the residence: swimming pool, games, washing machine, table tennis table...

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE :

  • Electricity charges (ecological approach for a rational use of air conditioning): contradictory reading of the electricity meter carried out during the entry and exit inventories. Pricing of consumption at the EDF rate in force on the basis of the price per KWh including tax in peak hours
  • The tourist tax of 1.16 € per night and per adult
  • Any options requested by the tenant: c.f. tarifs of the following options

 OPTION PRICES :
  • End of stay" cleaning: from 50 to 100 € depending on the size of the gîtes
  • Bed linen: 12 € for 90 cm beds and 15 € for 140 cm beds per week/ stay 
  • Bathroom linen: 5 € per person and per week/ stay
  • Baby bed: free of charge
  • Baby chair: free of charge
